after having been with limewire for almost 2 years, this is my first post lol if not for a problem.. but i really need help because...

i unintentionally uninstalled lw and after groping for answers online to get it back, i installed java 1.4 jre and deleted the lw preferences folder .. it all started when i changed my browser from ie to firefox, and can't connect due to firewall.. but i can't find a way to re-install lw, so i can't test it at all.. don't even know if i deleted a wrong file.. my subscription is nearing expiration too..

by the way, i'm not a techie.. help, anybody?..
