I received your pm and the DNS server numbers I had where for Brisbane...
This is what I said to Optus customer support, so they would tell me the numbers...
I stated that the modem/router had a Nat Firewall and that I needed to open a port to let World of Warcraft through the firewall (as they may not like you saying you want it for limewire
)...Customer service will have no idea what you are talking about, so you need to ask for the supervisor and tell him/her that by law they have to tell you these numbers and if they don't and your son cant play world of warcraft because of their Internet connection that you will cancel the contract and see them in court...
Don't say anything about the staic IP they just don't get it...
Just state that you want the prefered DNS number as well as the alternate number..
