No, I had lime wire pro on the same system and it worked fine however, after a reformat of my system and re-purchase of lime wire pro its stuck behind a firewall. More below.

I HAVE TRIED BOTH SO FAR Hello guys, I know your volunteers so I will make this as easy as possible but this is some frustrating stuff… Okay so I was running pro on this same system with no issues before I had to reformat the hard drive. Upon doing so I had to re-purchase pro and when I got it installed I cant get past the firewall it seems. LM stuck in STARTING CONNECTION and I get no down loads what so ever. Yes, I have disabled the XP professional windows fire wall and the same problem persists (still see the world and wall) Yes, I have tried the manual port number Yes, I have tried creating a manual port Yes, I have made sure the port numbers match in both the firewall exception and LM Yes, I have uninstalled it from the start menu and reinstalled it. Same issue… Hope that gets a good start on the issue… Thanks in advance for any assistance. David
