Problem first occured about a month ago. Downloading newest LW version did not help.

15. Have you given full permissions for LimeWire to pass through your Firewall ?
I don't know. Never had previous problems with PC-cillin.

17. In Start & remove Programs, Is this update Installed, "Security Update for Windows XP (KB931261)" ?
Don't know, lets assume yes, as I receive updates weekly.
If Windows Updates are not seen, Tick the box at top of page, (show updates)
18. Are you using Manual Port faward in LimeWire OR UPnP ?
UPnP. Based on your response to another person, I switched to MP and entered in 45000 there and on the listening port. No difference.

Also remember that I am able to connect to LW 4.9 on a Mac, through the same ISP, router, modem, etc. with no problem. Since this is a recent problem (about a month), may be an update issue.
