11. yes; desktop is connected via ethernet. Laptop is connected internal wireless
12. this is my first problem with limewire
13. yes, the firewall icon is on, and stays on even when i shut down ZA. UPnP is enabled in lime wire & my router
I am hoping someone can help me because I am BEYOND frustrated with this!
