sigh...Peers takes a deep breath...makes a much needed thalmic pause...then decides the idiot of the month has just been determined..

try calling Dell's tech support and ask them...maybe the brand of media you are using isn't compatible with the supplied burner..dunno...not only is your placement of your post questionable, the amount of info you supplied is lacking....
