13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface?
Yes, but it has been configured so that Limewire should always be allowed to connect. I really have no idea what else to try. I have read thread after thread and tried different things, messed with proxies, etc. Nothing works. I talked to my ISP and they don't know of anything like this that they block. I reconfigured my firewall to always allow LimeWire. Please advise!
