I've gotten everything installed, I can do searches and pull up plenty of files. I can even begin downloading. But all I get is a second or two of song fragments. This occurs wether I am at home (dial-up) or at work (T1, no firewall). I can't take it any more!!

Usually, it just says "Downloading" in the status window. And that's it. Nothing actually downloads.

any suggestions? please help!
