1. After upgrading to pro it's often a good idea to delete the previous LW preferences folder: Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.)

3. It's best you both don't use the same connection & listening ports. These can be set in Tools > options > Advanced > firewalls. But you may also need to change port set to be cleared for LW in your software firewall.
