Default MorphedGnucleus, the good points

I am pleased that Bearshare isn't the dominant client anymore and that a more reasonable personality is "in charge" (John).
It's nice to have more clients running, after they all get their fill of files and share back more than just mp3s things may get better.
It is sad that CEO's and spyware "authors" will get cash from all this while John gets nothing.
