Hey, sorry I can't help but I am having exactly the same problem with same message after upgrading to Pro from free. I haven't uninstalled my protection because it HAS worked perfectly OK.
N E way, just thought U might like 2 know U R not alone with this problem - I was pretty glad 2 C your post N E way. I have asked Limewire 4 Tech. Support and they asked me whether my ISP used a proxy (whatever that is). Unfortunately, I am with Virginmedia and it's practically impossible 2 get a person 2 answer the phone. The options U have 2 wade thru just do not cover this question so I have been unable 2 get back 2 Limewire with the answer as yet. Good luck 2 U N E way. If I DO manage 2 find out N E thing, I will get back 2 U.
