I just like to add something here:
Most pop-up blockers work with (or put controls in) your browsers to block pop-ups and pop-unders. However, there are now clever malware writers that attack your defending application, crippling them, before planting it's malicious program.
I would suggest the following, delete the bogus LW that you have, run your anti-virus app, your anti-spyware app and once your machine is clean then restart your machine at a control point before you installed LW.
That way your machine will be virus and spyware free and working without the affects of the malware.
