Default Thank you Remoc

Thanks for the info, the site I downloaded from was a link someone gave me. When I click on the link, a page comes up that looks identical to the one you suggested. The only difference I see is in the url. The url that I downloaded from was: Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent «

Whereas the link you gave me is: Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent «

I take it these are not the same site?

EDIT: I put the urls in here, but I see now that I have submitted my reply that they have been altered and appear to be the same site. The only difference was the first link didn't have the www in it, whereas the second one did have the www. I assumed they were the same site, and by looking at them they appeared to be. That means that the official site somehow allowed the malware into my computer when I downloaded it. I didn't have this problem before I downloaded Limewire, and now that I have downloaded it, I do. My first instinct was to remove Limewire from my computer, and I am going to do that now. The suggestion from ukbobboy01 sounds like the way to go.
