Are you fully connected to the network ??
ie. Do you see full green or blue bars or a firewall in front of the globe ??
If you aren't fully connected could you supply these details please...

If you are fully connected try this...
Go to Tools > Options > Searching > Lisence Warning and make sure the box
is not ticked and select apply...
