Providing that you bought Pro less than 6 months ago, that should do the trick! If you bought Pro more than 6 months ago, you won't be entitled to updates or email support anyway
If you still have no joy, post back & let us know when you bought Pro & whether or not you paid Limewire LLC for your Pro version (it'll be on your CC statement). |
Thanks, it was over a year ago that I bought the original version. I did indeed pay Limewire for the Pro version, and I don't expect a free upgrade. But the problem is that I don't have the original billing statement, since I've switched computers and ISP providers. And the old e-mail account that I used when I bought the software is gone with the old ISP.
