Since LW have only just introduced the option to buy Pro for a year & you bought Pro a year ago, you're not entitled to either an update or email support

Now I'm confused! I'm not asking for either an upgrade or e-mail support. I'm just asking for the access to my account. When I changed computers I lost the original downloaded Pro file, and since I changed ISP's I no longer have the same e-mail address that it asks me to login with. I just want the original program that I purchased, no upgrade, no update and no support.
