  Try Port Forwarding again and also have a look at these instructions for your Trend, just to make sure you have it configured correctly...  Port Forwarding for the BT Home Hub  Port Forwarding for the Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security 
It could also have something to do with your ISP...
