Are you referring to the Red Skin on the Limewire Site?? If you are then try this. While in Limewire Go to View > Apply Skins > Get More Skins. Go to Red Skin and dn/ld via Limewire and it will go right to yor LW Library. Then click Launch.

Edit: In the newer versions of LW a Pop Up Box now ask's you if you would like to use your new Skin. Click yes
