OH you bought pro? How long ago? Just go to your personal pro download page & download & install it again.
BTW in settings you can stop warnings for updates.

But I don't quite understand how you could be installing an update whilst you have LW still open. I think that would stuff up most programs, unless they warned you must close off the program to finish installation. Pro does not install online, it is a offline installer that you install from your computer.
