Limewire...the current version...will not load. It freezes at 62% playlist while trying to start up. I have uninstalled it and deleted everything and reinstalled it several times. I did the java thing and looked for the .limewire files to erase, but couldn't find them. I am very frustrated and since I have tried to do the other things people on here have suggested, I am about ready to try the one that said go to ares...unless you have a great suggestion quickly that works. I have purchased limewire pro 3 times in the last 3 years, once for a different computer and once because the program wasn't working. I won't spend anymore money on this, but would appreciate some help in fixing the problem.
Thank you. Oh...and it slows down my whole computer and just leaves a blank white box in the middle of my screen and It won't go away...I can't shut it down...I can't do control alt delete...nothing stops it and nothing starts it effectively...Thanks
