SOMEONE HELP ME!!!

My lime wire wont open. When i click on the icon for limewire, it has the time dial of loading for 2 seconds and goes away and nothing happens. Limewire is not in my processes and i tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still doesnt work.

help me pleaseeee!!!
