Why run a backup installer if the program is already installed. Re-install LW using the "Offline" installer, not the one they say is the prefered one. It's much safer. Also try deleting your LW prefs folder whilst the program is CLOSED; see http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...der-vista.html about where to find it.
