NO, I am NOT suggesting that you break what you have just
fixed...
BUT...
I urge you to try the
Cole2k Codecs pack.
It is without any doubt superior to any of the Codec packs available through Microshaft !
Click on the
Cole2k Codecs link in my sig below... and download ONLY the Cole2k version 6.0.9
Standard pack.
Download it and SAVE it to any folder that you like in your Documents... Not to your Desktop !!!
After you have successfully downloaded it... Run it by double-clicking on the file...
BE SURE to select EASY install... NOT Advanced...
After you have finished the install, you should Shut Down your computer.
After you Start Up again, all... I mean ALL stuff should play... movies and music.
