Hi i am hoping someone can help me please. I had originally downloaded LW and everything ran smoothly until i had problems that it started not working properly so i uninstalled to so i could install it again.

i go thorugh the whole process of installing it and when i start it up it freezes and says "loading html engine" it stays on 12% and never moves from there! Please help me. I've tried uninstalling it and installing it several times.
