I totally agree with you...We don't work for limewire, we are just voluteers that know a fix or two to help users get up and running...
That being said and now that I know your a Vista user do this....(
as strange as it might sound, it has worked for many)...
Uninstall Limewire and ZoneAlarm...Then re-installl limewire and then ZoneAlarm, in that order...
When you do the re-install of ZoneAlarm make sure to allow Limewire...
