Ports unavailable yet your software firewall is off? wow ... sounds like your connection device or something of the kind has internal NAT or similar firewall. Did you try logging into your Motorola?

Also, search UPnP or Universal Plug on your computer & see if you can find anything. If yes, try opening it & seeing if it is enabled or disabled. UPnP should be enabled.

The ports I suggested are usually the last ones any ISP will block.
