you haven't described what you used LW for....may not matter actually, as there are groups of 'good guys' who attack LW users when they see them connected to the network...I suspect you have either been infected with a virus/trojan or have been hacked and messed with...this is not a problem with LW, rather as I describe above...

first, scan with every AV you can get your hands on, including Spybot search and destroy and adawareSE (free downloads)..if those come up negative then I for one would just backup important data and do a reformat and clean install of the OS...that usually ends up being quicker than 'fixing' the problem many times
