Is this a scam by limewire to get me to upgrade to limewire pro?

If I pay the $13.95 for pro, will I be able to connect.

This is beyond frustrating. I was surfing on limewire and now

I AM STILL STUCK AT ONE BAR CONNECTION.

Please let me know if I pay, will it work correctly?
