You are requesting the connection to 6346 from your end, the firewall shouldn't block that. The port your client uses for your end could be anything, like Netscape opens up ports 4018 and 2046 (and many others) for the communications, but yet most web pages are served from 80 (on a web server). Remember, there are two ports needed to communicate, yours and theirs. Your port could be anything. Question is, with your firewall, can you browse OK? Maybe what you need is a proxy server.
