My wife and each have our own windows user accounts so we can use both of our iPods on the same PC.

Both of our accounts have been working fine until now. Mine still works fine, but here's what wrong with hers:

--Saves songs to a file on computer.
--Goes to "Import" in iTunes and select file
--hits ok
--Playlist shows up with name of playlist but no music.

Never a problem before until yesterday. She only uses her user account for itunes and nothing else.

What couls be the problem.
