Sorry, I'm not sure which sticky you're talking about...was one of the steps deleting LW's preferences folder? Can you explain what fixes you've already tried...so that we don't go suggesting the same things again

Have you tried running LW in compatibility mode for an older OS (Win NT or 2000 if you're using XP, Win XP if you're using Vista) by right clicking on LW's desktop icon > properties > compatibility?

Has LW ever worked for you before (if so tell us what version(s) worked)? Has 4.14.12 ever worked for you before?
