Cannot Connect

Hello, my name is Pat and I have had Limewire on my computers for 4 or 5 years. Everything worked fine until 2 weeks ago i had a computer crash and lost everything on my computer, thanks to HP ... don't ever call them for HELP. Now I've had to redownload everything and everything is as good as new except for Limewire. It will not connect at all and i can't download anyting. I've emailed my anti-virus program for help and done everything they suggested. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and everything I could find on these forums to no avail. Still cannot connect and everything was perfectly fine until the crash. I upgraded to limewire Pro thinking that would help and it hasn't a bit ... now I've paid money for a onetime download and still cannot connect. I've emailed Limewire Support on several occasions and never receive any help from them in fact they only have responded once. Here's the specs>>> Windows XP, the latest limewire pro, spysweeper with antivirus ... nothing different than I had before yet now i cannot connect. I get one bar and it never advances. HELP!!! Not happy
