Default email does not work

I bought Limewire Pro some months ago. I would like to update the program, but it does not recognize my email address, that was mentioned on the confirmation email. I tried all the other emails that I use, but nothing is working. I tried to reach Limewire support, but it requires the same email address.

How to solve ?
