Default Customer Lost

My apologies to the Moderators, who I understand offer assistance to those of us foolish enough to pursue using LimeWire.

When a company publishes a program, then fails to offer any type of problem solving arena, it loses customers. I understand the concept of providing a limited program in hopes of selling a more involved one, but when the teaser program is fraught with problems, and from the posts I've read so is the purchased one, then it is a failure.

I have made two posts over the past week, which brought no replies, and that does disturb me. I am sure that the "Moderators" with their vast knowledge could have made some type of suggestion, or asked for more clarity of the problem, but in reality this is not their problem. My computer skills are basic, but I do learn, and can follow suggestions/instructions. My "attitude" was probably borderline, however, by problem was with the program not this forum.

Since there is no way for me to correct the problem with LimeWire, my computer, or my ineptitude, I have chosen to get rid of it, thereby deleting LimeWire. I will advise anyone looking for this type of program to avoid LimeWire and the headaches associated with it. Hopefully I will find another venue/program were the creators feel somewhat responsible for their creation, and not rely on "Volunteers" to take care of their business.

Wish you all the best!
