Hello everyone,

I have just purchased PRO and when it begins to initialize the splash come on the screen and gets to 12% saying loading HTML Engine and stops. I read all of the FAQ's and uninstalled Limewire and Java more than once. Restarted the system. Everything short of using a hammer to it. Made IE my default instead of Firefox, even talking nice to it. WHAT IS GOING ON?
