Uninstall LW by going to C:\Program Files\LimeWire\Uninstall.exe. Double click Uninstall.exe. Don't go through the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel.

If your still having problems, try d/loading it again and reinstalling it. This will replace the previous version, then try uninstalling it again.
