Exclamation Not able to connect as Limewire under Vista-64-bit as Limited User

As I understand Limewire only connects correctly when ran as an administrator. I tried changing my limited user account to an administrator account and running the program again but it still refused to connect.

I need to be able to run LimeWire from a limited user account and it must successfully connect and retain settings and files for THAT USER. How can I do this?

Thank you!
