They should be in a folder C:\User\your name\Downloaded Music (or whatever folde)r you told limewire to save your files to. It has a preference to not just go into a folder under C:\
My other suggestion is for you to do a search from Start Menu\Search for a file which you know you should have... for example: Beatles - Let it Be
and see what comes up as the location from doing that.
