Your shared music can be anywhere including below the ordinary C:\ main directory.
Limewire has it's own directory structure which is usually under: for example
robert\Music\ITunes\ITunes music\then a list of all your albums containing the individual files.
Your main music folder should still be intact under C:\Music or whatever you have called it.
You will have to copy and paste your downloaded files from the download folder into your main Music directory if that's where you want them to be. I have two directories one called just: My Music and another called: Shared Music where I put 100 or so songs I want to share with other Limewire users. You don't have to share your entire library of songs if you don't want to ([although it's good etiquette to do so]) it's not compulsory. By doing a simple search from the start menu you should easily be able to find your other songs. (for example a search term could be) Beatles - Yesterday.mp3. From there it should show you where your other files are located. |
Tried that and search came back with no results.
I think I'll just give up now, cheers for your time everyone.
