So I uninstalled it, thinking it would go away. WRONG. Now this comes up every few seconds:

Anyway, I also couldn't get windows task manager to come up.
I tried what was on here:

Only to find out that I don't have the winupdate.exe virus. At this point, I WOULD LOVE IT TO BE THE VIRUS. But its not.
I've also tried the Brute Force Uninstaller thing (which did not work at all).
How do I get into the Windows System Registry? Thats the last place I can think of to look.
Anyway, if you have a solution, it would be greatly appreciated.
