I have just re-formatted my computer (Dell Dimension 4600) which had originally run bearshare lite just fine (about 1 mbps when it got going) but now my speeds will vary from 2 mbps to about 400 bps. It will be going stead, around 600 kbps which is fine, when it will jump down to just a couple. Any ideas?
