I recently bought lw pro 4 weeks ago and cannot launch program. I double click on icon and nothing happens. I was in touch with support for 2 weeks and we tried many many things. It now been two weeks with no replies. Very frustrating. I had a previous version and have not encounted anything like this. I am running java 5.0.10, Windows XP. Below is what
SUPPORT told me to do. I have done so and yet no luck.
