Default Same problem. Please help

I have been working on this for three days! I have done the firewall exceptions on Windows firewall and Norton Internet Security. I've added ports. I've downloaded earlier versions of LW that worked. I have port forwarded. I have added ports to the firewall exceptions list. I have deleted the preferences folder. I have deleted and readded the gnutella.net folder. I talked to my isp, and they do not block p2p. I have even done a system restore to a date when LW was working just a few months ago. NOTHING is working.
