falconplyr16 is flying high
Default Downloading Starts fast but quickly goes down
Ok so when i donwnload the speed is initially like 250 but goes down in like 15 seconds to about 5 and somtimes zero. If i press pause then resume it shoots up again then quicjly goes down please help.
