Missed your 2nd post. Ok ... Optimum online are reknown for being problematic. But if one of your LW's works then that shouldn't be the issue. Port forwarding means actually forwarding a port in your router, not just changing settings within LW;

So it seems the default port of 6346 is not blocked, just something is interfering in the connection & incoming messages.
Here's an odd suggestion but it might work; try installing
FrostWire. If it connects, then close it & open LW & see if it connects.
