Problem solved! I deleted LimeWire from my computer, then deleted the hidden "Roaming" folder. Then I deleted the exceptions from Windows Firewall and McAfee. Then I reinstalled the program and when McAfee and Windows Firewall asked if I would like to block them I said no and its working! Must have just needed some cobwebs cleaned up or something...
