Default Is XP svc pack 3 causing problems?

1. OS version? Windows XP, just installed service pack 3
2. What firewalls you have? Windows (disabled) and McAfee (set to allow limewire full access)
3. How much ram? 896
4. Hard Disk space available? 149 gb
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) BB
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? RCA DCM425; Belkin FSD8233-4v3
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? home
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? 4.18.3 Pro; Java 1.6.0_05
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Insight
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ What happens when you go there? Test worked.
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? Yes, my laptop through belkin router has Vista sp1, and gets limewire without any problems.
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. Had limewire for a while. Problems stared after install of SP3
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes.
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? What? I'm technologically impared. I just plugged the router into the modem and it worked.
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Mcafee, have had it w/o problems for 2 yrs.
16. What country are you living in? USA

I just installed XP Service pack 3 about 2 hrs ago and since restarting the computer, I cannot get limewire to connect. There have been no other changes to the system, router setup, or modem setup. I have uninstalled limewire twice, reset the defaults with limewire open and closed. Restarted the computer multiple times. Tried closing the tips screen, too. Frostwire works perfectly, but then, tried limewire and it was still doing the same thing...not able to connect. My Mcafee firewall has been set to allow Limewire full access and windows firewall is disabled. I'm not sure what else to do...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
pixie
