I have sent 2 emails in the last week and 1/2 and have gotten NO response!

I paid the money and downloaded the new LW and now it doesn't work!

I can't connect! I have tried everything...turned my firewalls completely off!

I am going to dispute the charges on my card and get another service!

Any suggestions before this gets out of hand?
