Need help dl LW pro. For some reason it says the request did not go through. I checked with my bank and all the information I entered was correct. I have no idea why my request to purchase LM EPro does not go through, has anyone else experience this or a similar problem; how was it corrected? (any way I can contact LW, seems the only contact option is for pro subscribers).
