LW Pro subscriptions are Good for 6 Mnths and 12 Mnths. After your subscription runs out, you are still allowed to continue to use your Pro Version. The only things that are Not available to you are the Updates and email support.

To Add to my above Post...If your Pro subscription had expired, and you then decided to Update to a newer version, then You Will Lose the Expired Pro Installer. The new Upgrade Will Only be a Basic Version.
Please RE-READ the Above Quote to make sure you Fully Understand the Suscription time frames.
Either Continue to use an Expired Pro Installer and don't upgrade, OR Upgrade and Buy the New LW Pro Installer.
